Tychobrahe Octavia- yes, the one JIMI used   (not this Actual one..umm..) this pedal is a tone ripper   almost to hot to use without a stadium to play into.   so I added an input volume (gain if you will), which    calms things down alot, making it suitable for some   under-water-y sonic ring mod-ish kind of sounds.    I have definitely heard this sound in drone /    background / trip out sections of sonic youth, etc....     Also, some added capacitors make this bit less     'shred and spit out my speaker cones', but they are    on a switch, in the event that one needs to make 'em     earn they keep. (whatever that means to you) BACK
